Lisa Speaker, volunteers a dog massage demonstration at the Los Cabos Humane Society

If you think you have it bad take a look at this smiley guy! Terry, a rescue at the Los Cabos Humane Society in Los Cabos, Mexico, is an example of making lemons out of lemonade. Terry was a street dog who got hit by a car. LCHS rescued Terry and removed his damaged leg. He couldn’t be happier to be a part of the fantastic atmosphere at LCHS. I went to the shelter on a recent visit and performed a dog massage demonstration for the volunteers. It was a fantastic mix of about 12 men and women who feel passionately about rescuing and helping the animals in Mexico. This was a fantastic experience for me and a good reminder that taking a few hours out of my day can be incredibly rewarding in so many ways.

Warm wishes to you and your animals, Lisa Speaker
